i bought this mini split in feb 2013,the local dealer has been here every year to work on this piece of junk.they either had to correct the water running down my walls which i fixed and every year this unit has been charged.this unit is or has been a lemon and i should be compensated in some way.the dealer should have not waited until my warranty run out to get a complete new system.the dealer now tells me that you all dont carry any parts for the mini splits because whoever you had to make the units didnt know what they were doing.i bought a new furnace the same time so i put out some serious money.i think you all should make this right,i know you know all about social media now.i dont want to go to other extremes but i will if i have too.please help meget this problem resolved.i have had a laryngectomy and i need this unit fixed as soon as possible.my installer was campbell heating and air in portsmouth,ohio.ph 740-353-****.thank you Tim Williams
